By using goxne.com ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
goxne is an information-monitoring service. You hire watchers ("Hires") that observe public data sources and send you alerts. Hires are software, not financial advisors. Nothing on goxne is investment, legal, medical, or professional advice.
You must be 18+ and legally able to transact in cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for your own tax and regulatory compliance.
Payments are accepted in BTC, SOL, and USDT (TRC20) only. All sales are denominated in USD; the crypto amount is calculated at order time. Payments are final on confirmation. See Refund Policy for limited exceptions.
Hires run on a best-effort basis on shared infrastructure. We don't guarantee uptime, alert delivery, or accuracy. If a Hire is materially broken for >7 consecutive days, contact support@goxne.com for a pro-rated credit.
Members may submit Hires for public listing. By submitting, you grant goxne a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, run, market, and sell access to the Hire. You retain ownership of the underlying idea but represent that the spec doesn't require violating any law, ToS of any third-party site, or someone's IP.
You may not use the Service or submit Hires that: (a) target individuals for harassment or doxing; (b) circumvent paywalls or auth systems; (c) violate any third-party ToS in a way we'd be liable for; (d) facilitate illegal activity; (e) scrape personal data of EU/UK/CA residents in ways that violate GDPR/CCPA. See Acceptable Use Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Active subscriptions are pro-rated and refunded for the unused portion unless termination is for AUP violation, in which case forfeit applies.
SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, goxne's total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 30 days. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
We may revise these Terms; material changes are emailed to active members 14 days before they take effect.
