Refund Policy

The honest version
Crypto payments are irreversible by design โ there are no chargebacks. We still want you to feel good about every dollar spent on goxne. So we offer voluntary refunds in three situations:
Eligible for full refund
- Service failure: a Hire never produced a single alert during its first 7 days due to a defect on our side.
- Wrong hire: you bought the wrong listing and contact us within 48 hours of payment, before any alerts have fired.
- Duplicate payment: you accidentally paid twice for the same order.
Eligible for pro-rated credit
- A Hire is materially broken for >7 consecutive days during an active subscription.
- You cancel a multi-month subscription before the period ends โ credit (not refund) issued for the unused months.
Not eligible
- The Hire delivered alerts but you didn't act on them, or the underlying market moved against you.
- Buyer's remorse after alerts have started arriving.
- "I changed my mind" after >7 days of normal service.
- Account suspended for AUP violation.
How to request
Email support@goxne.com with your order ID and reason, or use the form at /contact. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are paid back to the original chain you used.
Creator revshare
If a refund is granted on a UGC sale, the creator's pending payout for that sale is reversed. Already-paid-out payouts may be deducted from future earnings.
