Acceptable Use Policy

goxne exists to help people stay informed about things they care about. The following are not allowed on the platform:

1. Targeting individuals

• No Hires that monitor a specific person's social, location, or movement without their consent.
• No Hires designed to enable doxing, stalking, harassment, or harm.

2. Bypassing controls

• No paywall circumvention. No credential-based scraping. No CAPTCHA evasion.
• No reverse-engineering private APIs of third parties in violation of their ToS.

3. Illegal content

• No CSAM, no terrorism content, no targeted violence facilitation, no fraud schemes.
• No offering or coordinating insider trading, market manipulation, or pump-and-dump.

4. Personal data

• No mass scraping of personal info of EU/UK/CA residents in ways that violate GDPR/CCPA.
• No collection of children's data.
• No reselling raw personal datasets.

5. Spam and abuse

• No using goxne alerts as a spam vector.
• No flooding the submission queue with low-quality auto-generated Hires.

6. Security

• No attempting to access other users' accounts, hires, or payouts.
• Vulnerability disclosures welcome at security@goxne.com.

Enforcement

Violations result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending creator payouts associated with the violating content. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
